CSA Service Desk Notice: COVID-19

As per COVID-19 guidelines, the members of the CSA Service Desk team will be working from home effective immediately.

The contact information and hours of operation for the CSA Service Desk remain unchanged however the following considerations have been made to ensure services continue uninterrupted during this time:

SEDAR Form 6

• Do not courier Form 6. Scan and send via email to csacrm@cgi.com instead.
• We will follow up to collect hard copy versions once we return to the office.
• Reminder: Handwritten electronic signatures (ie. e-signatures) are acceptable on Form 6. Typed signatures (ie. Fonts) are not.

Cheque payments

• EFT is available as an alternate payment option. Please email csacrm@cgi.com for instructions.

SEDAR Issuer Authorization Process

On June 15, 2019, the Canadian Securities Administrators (the CSA) are implementing enhancements to improve security in SEDAR by requiring issuers to confirm they have authorized filing agents to file on their behalf. Reports of Exempt Distribution

Issuers and underwriters who rely on certain prospectus exemptions to distribute securities are required to file a report of exempt distribution. Please refer to www.securities‑administrators.ca for more information, including Excel templates and PDF fillable forms.

To register for a training session please email csacrm@cgi.com and include your contact information and preferred date.

Tuesdays -> 2:00 PM-4:00 PM EST
Thursdays -> 10:30 AM-12:30 PM EST

Green - English training session
Blue - French training session
Orange - Statutory holidays observed by the CSA National Systems

Please note the following:

• The first Tuesday session of each month will be offered in French.
• Training will not be offered on statutory holidays observed by the CSA National Systems.
• You must register at least 2 days in advance of your preferred date.
• A minimum of 2 participants is required for the training session to run as scheduled. If your session does not meet participation requirements you will be contacted.
• Please note that if there are no participants after 15 minutes from the start of the session, the session will be cancelled.
